Industria de la Goma has been collaborating for years with LaserLab3D, a company dedicated to cutting, engraving, 3D printing, milling, machining and transformation of plastics and other materials by laser and CNC. By the end of 2021 the relationship had become so intense that we decided to join forces, becoming part of Industra de la Goma. This has allowed us to expand the range of precision cutting and manipulation services.
Currently, LaserLab maintains the original workshop in the Agro-Reus industrial park, but has acquired new machinery that has been installed in the new second headquarters, within the facilities of Industria de la Goma, in the Riu Clar industrial park in Tarragona.

5-axis CNC milling
Our CNC machines allow the cutting and milling of most technical plastics, MDF wood and other materials.
Fast, flexible and precise cutting, machining and milling. The multiple milling heads available and the 5 axes of movement allow from simple cutting, through chamfering and rabbeting, to machining complex parts. Large format machinery, it can work on parts up to 4x2 meters.

Cutting or engraving with CO₂ Laser.
We have medium and large format CO₂ laser cutters. Depending on the type of material, thickness and laser power, we can mark, engrave or cut in any shape.
The most common materials for CO₂ laser cutting are: Methacrylate, PET and other acrylics. Polyamide and other engineering plastics. Polyurethane and other foams (polyester foams, polyethylene foams, etc.). Wood (MDF, plywood, etc.) and cork. We can also cut cardboard and paper, fabrics, leather and other materials.

Fiber Laser Marking
Some materials change color or tone when exposed to fiber laser. It is characterized by a high precision and speed of work, which allows the marking in high resolution of any kind of motif, logos, technical information texts, etc.
The fiber laser marker is mainly used on metals, painted metals, coated metals or composites. It can also be used on other materials.

CNC rubber cutting
The CNC plotter with oscillating blade allows cutting of most rubber, cardboard and other soft materials into complex shapes.
Custom rubber gaskets, cutting and manufacturing of vulcanized rubber sleeves, cutting of rubber parts in any shape according to plans, drawings or samples.

Other manipulations
We also offer custom cutting with conventional saw and other types of manipulations and transformations, such as cutting with hot filament, sculpting and large format milling with robot arm, scanning and 3D printing, mechanical folding of plastics, etc. We sculpt figures and letters of large dimensions for special effects, theme parks, acts and events, signs, decorative and advertising elements, and whatever is needed.
